We work closely with the client to ascertain exactly what they need. In some cases, they might bring an item to us and ask us how we can improve it, and our designers will get to work. Other clients simply have an item which they want to have replicated, in which case we’ll reverse engineer the solution and recreate it as many times as they need.
Often, clients have a less precise idea of what they need, in which case we might invite them to our midlands facility to show them exactly the kind of thing we can do. Our design team is capable of taking a rough sketch or vague idea and turning it into a fully-fledged 3D CAD design. This enables the client to take a good look at the proposed solution and decide if it is what they had in mind.
The same kind of process applies to the colour of any ceramic bathroom we provide. Clients might have a sample such as a strip of carpet or swatch of wallpaper, or they might just describe the kind of colour they envisage.
