Design

A client can come to us with an item such as a swatch of fabric, piece of carpet or fragment of wallpaper and we can match the colour on any ceramic bathroom items which they need. The same service applies to newly designed and manufactured items and to existing items which need to be re-coloured. After achieving the desired colour we will then reglaze the item, creating a finish which stays in perfect condition for years to come.

We can add a logo and/or name to items which need to comply with the wider branding of a corporate body.

This often applies to ceramic bathroom fittings being built into locations such as hotels, nightclubs and corporate headquarters.

Although we are able to handle larger manufacturing runs of over 100 items by working closely with trusted partners, we specialise in the manufacture of smaller numbers of highly bespoke, niche items.

The team of experts working at our midlands headquarters can create the kind of items you simply won’t be able to buy anywhere else, utilising a combination of state of the art technology and old fashioned manufacturing expertise. Clients sometimes come to us with a design and we work with them to perfect it, and sometimes with only a vague idea, which we can work up into a 3D CAD design.

In both cases, we can produce a prototype if needed and then move on to a small production run.

the niche nature of the work we deliver – bespoke solutions which can’t be found on the high street – means that we have a range of skills and experience that is impossible to match. That’s why other manufacturers sometimes come to us for help with projects which fall outside their skill set. We can consult, create a mock-up of the product or take the work off their hands entirely.
